.. role:: xml(code) :language: xml Droplet impact =============== This case is a 2D Cartesian test case. A liquid droplet is moving upward in a box with solid walls and filled with air. Initial conditions of this test are shown in :numref:`Fig:testCases:PUEq:dropletImpactIni`. Input files for this test are available in *./libTests/referenceTestCases/PUEq/AddPhysicalEffects/surfaceTension/dropletImpact/*. At the impact on the upper wall, the droplet is sliding and deforming, and thanks to surface tension it is then dividing in smaller droplets. Due to the gravity, some small droplets fall down while others are sliding down along the vertical wall.
